How It Works

  • Loading: Workpieces are loaded onto a heavy-duty input roller conveyor.
  • Blasting: As materials pass through the manganese-lined tunnel, sensors automatically trigger the turbines, delivering a high-velocity stream of steel shot.
  • Cleaning: Before exiting, the material passes through a removal chamber equipped with a high-pressure blow-off fan and rotation brushes, stripping away residual abrasive from the top surfaces.
  • Unloading: Clean, dust-free metal exits onto the output conveyor, ready for immediate welding or painting.
