The EdgeBlast Pipes Advantage. The challenge with pipe blasting is maintaining a consistent distance between the blast wheel and the curved surface. The EdgeBlast Pipes solves this with a smart turbine arrangement.
- Bottom-Up Blasting: For larger diameters, turbines are mounted at the bottom of the machine. As the pipe diameter changes, the distance to the bottom turbines remains constant, ensuring consistent blast intensity without complex adjustments.
- Dynamic Transport: Pipes travel on conical rollers (for small diameters) or heavy-duty discs (for large diameters). These are angled to create a spiral forward motion, ensuring the pipe passes through the blast stream multiple times for thorough cleaning.
