- Continuous Recycling: A network of pneumatic or mechanical scrapers beneath the floor grating moves used abrasive to a transverse screw conveyor.
- Media Purification: The abrasive is transported to a bucket elevator and passed through an air-wash separator to remove dust and fines. Only clean, correctly sized abrasive is returned to the blast pot, ensuring faster cutting speeds and a consistent profile.
