Three Specialised Configurations. To match your facility’s layout and throughput, the EdgeBlast Gas Bottles Shotblasting Machine is available in three operational modes:
- Tact (Batch) System: Ideal for refurbishment. Cylinders are loaded one-by-one, rotated on parallel rollers under the blast stream for a set cycle time, and automatically ejected.
- Continuous Skew-Roll: Built for high-volume manufacturing. Cylinders travel on angled rollers that spiral them forward through the blast tunnel, ensuring continuous production without stops.
- Overhead Hook System: The perfect choice for integrated lines. Cylinders remain on the paint-line hangers, passing through the blast chamber before moving directly to the coating booth, minimising handling.

Dual-Action Cleaning. While the primary system cleans the exterior, the EdgeBlast Gas Bottles Shotblasting Machine can be upgraded with an auxiliary Compressed Air Lance. This optional feature blasts the interior of the bottle simultaneously or in a separate station, removing internal scale and contaminants to ensure gas purity.
