The EdgeBlast Bars Advantage. The system’s efficiency lies in its specialised transport mechanism. Workpieces move along a heavy-duty conveyor equipped with cone-shaped rollers. This design not only transports the material forward but also rotates it, exposing the entire circumference to the abrasive stream.
- 360° Impact: Turbines are positioned on the outer brim of the tunnel at calculated angles. As the bar rotates and advances, the blast stream removes scale uniformly, even from slightly irregular surfaces.
