Once installed, it works up to 15 times faster than manual processing by automating the loading and alignment of heavy profiles.

The SUPERIOR Automatic Loading & Unloading system targets the two biggest expenses in steel fabrication: labour and material movement. This system is a “future-proof” investment; you can start with a standard profile laser now and add this automated logistics package later to meet additional capacity or scheduling demands. It is specifically designed to handle H-beams, U-channels, and angle iron.

The setup features fully automatic magnetic loading and fork-tooth unloading to handle stock lengths up to 12 meters, though this can be customised for your specific factory. By removing the need to wait for manual crane operations, the system ensures your laser stays in constant operation. Additionally, it uses integrated laser scanners to detect if a beam is bent or deformed. The system then automatically adjusts the cutting path to keep a tight positioning tolerance of 0.1mm. This modular automation takes care of the hard physical work so your skilled team can focus on output and quality rather than lifting.
