The WaterTech Pro system features an integrated water tank with slats or grids for plate support, powered by brushless motors with a rack and pinion motion for enhanced performance. It operates at a rapid speed of 10 meters per minute (33 feet per minute) with an accuracy of ±0.1 mm. The design allows for easy material loading and unloading from three sides, while an automatic head positioning system, using a mechanical sensor, simplifies setup.
Equipped with dedicated waterjet technology software and a Soitaab database of cutting parameters, WaterTech Pro optimises precision. Additional highlights include a 200 kg (440 lbs) abrasive bulk transfer system and a 60,000 PSI high-pressure pump, with options for 30, 50, and 60 HP to accommodate various cutting needs.
