The HAEUSLER PRV 4-roll profile bending machine was originally developed for Russian aerospace at the beginning of the millennium and has since been continuously improved for global applications. A large roller spacing reduces bending forces by distributing pressure over a wider area, making it ideal for bending large or massive profiles while minimising mechanical stress. Conversely, a small roller spacing ensures maximum guidance of the profile, superior control over springback, and minimal straight ends—critical for tight tolerances and high-quality materials.
