The Double Column Advantage
Instead of pivoting on a hinge, the entire saw frame slides up and down on two heavy-duty, precision-ground columns.
- Uniform Feed Pressure: Whether the blade is at the top or bottom of the cut, the force is applied directly vertically. This prevents the “blade wander” common in scissor-style saws.
- The “Guillotine” Cut: The blade approaches the material straight on, travelling the shortest possible distance. Combined with a standard 2° blade incline, this minimises the cross-section contact area, allowing the blade to penetrate solids faster with less heat generation.

- Hydraulic Intelligence: The operator simply loads the material to the stop and presses “Start.” The hydraulic vices clamp the work, the head descends at the dialled-in rate, and automatically retracts to the set height upon completion.
- Optical Height Adjustment: A sensor detects the top of the material, ensuring the head only lifts as high as necessary, shaving seconds off every cycle.

- Vibration Dampening: The massive steel frame and heavy-duty gearbox absorb the energy of the cut, ensuring a mirror-like surface finish.
