Engineered to handle profiles up to 720 mm in height and 12,000 mm in length, the system utilises advanced AgenQ software to convert 3D CAD models into collision-free welding programs in minutes.

Equipped with a high-performance ABB welding robot and a Fronius 500A power source, the Agen Solo eliminates manual programming and significantly reduces labour costs while maintaining the highest industrial standards.

  • Support & Training: Includes 4 weeks of on-site start-up assistance, operator training, and an Augmented Reality (AR) headset for remote maintenance and training support.

  • Superior Hardware: The base configuration includes a 12m linear traversing axis, an ABB welding robot with a 60,000-hour mean-time-between-failure, and a water-cooled Fronius 500A synergic power source.
  • Precision and Reliability: The system features laser touch sensing for 0.4 mm linearity and an integrated torch cleaning centre to manage wire cutting, milling, and anti-spatter application.
