How It Works
- Continuous Feed: Parts are hung on rotating hooks fixed to trolleys. As one cluster enters the inlet vestibule, the blasting cycle activates immediately.
- Uniform Coverage: While moving through the blast zone, the hooks rotate and oscillate in the path of the turbine jets. This “tact principle” ensures that complex geometries, such as engine blocks, transmission cases, and welded frames, receive 360° coverage without parts striking one another.
- Zero Downtime: As the finished cluster exits the machine, a new cluster automatically enters from the opposite side, maintaining a continuous production rhythm.

- Double Productivity: The system can be upgraded into a “double machine” configuration, doubling the number of blasting spots to handle extreme production volumes.
