The SUPERIOR EdgeBlast Cartridge Dust Collectors are the lungs of your surface preparation line. Designed to capture fine particulate matter at the source, it prevents abrasive dust from contaminating your workspace, damaging equipment, or endangering operator health.
The EdgeBlast Cartridge Dust Collectors Advantage. The system operates on a continuous filtration cycle. Dust-laden air is drawn into the collector, where it passes through premium filter cartridges.
- Pulse-Jet Technology: To prevent filter saturation, the machine automatically fires short bursts of compressed air inside the cartridges. This “pulse” shakes the accumulated dust cake off the exterior of the filter, causing it to fall into the collection hopper below.
- Continuous Operation: Because the cleaning cycle happens automatically during operation, there is no need to stop the machine for filter maintenance during a shift.

- Ultra-Low Emissions: Engineered to meet rigorous international standards, the EdgeBlast Cartridge Dust Collectors achieve output emissions of ≤ 1mg/Nm³, allowing cleaned air to often be recirculated back into the hall (depending on local regulations).
- ATEX Certified: For facilities processing combustible materials, such as aluminium, magnesium, or titanium, the EdgeBlast Cartridge Dust Collectors can be equipped with explosion-proof panels, reinforced housing, and antistatic filters to prevent catastrophic ignition events.
