GATOR GFSY Series Semi-automatic Double Mitre Bandsaw

In structural fabrication, moving the material is the most dangerous and time-consuming part of the job. The Semi-Automatic Double Mitre Series (DGH) eliminates this bottleneck. By pivoting the saw head both Left and Right, you can cut opposing angles (e.g., a parallelogram shape) without ever touching the heavy beam or tube clamped in the vise.

• Two-Way Mitring: Unlock the head and swing it up to 60° in either direction. The easy-to-read digital angle display ensures you hit your mark within a fraction of a degree.
• Stationary Workpiece: Because the saw moves around the material, you save massive amounts of shop floor space. You no longer need clearance for a 40-foot beam to swing across the aisle.

• Hydraulic Intelligence: The full-stroke hydraulic vise clamps securely at the push of a button. The sliding vise design allows you to clamp close to the cut, minimising vibration even at extreme angles.
• Set It & Forget It: Adjust the downfeed pressure to suit your material, slow and heavy for solid stainless, fast and light for thin-wall tubing. The machine cuts and resets automatically.

• Rigid Construction: The heavy-duty steel pivot frame is engineered to resist twisting forces, ensuring square cuts every time.
• Blade Life Extenders: Comes standard with a Microspray or Flood Coolant System and a driven Chip Brush to keep the blade gullets clean and cool, significantly reducing tooling costs.
